Single-platform Microarray Element Search

This tool allows you to search information about the rice microarray elements (Affymetrix probe sets, Agilent oligos, BGI/Yale oligos, NSF 20K and 45K oligos) contained on the Affymetrix, Agilent 22K, BGI/Yale, NSF 20K and 45K arrays.

Paste Gene IDs (e.g., MSU/TIGR LOC_Os01g01030.1, RAP2 Os01g0100500, KOME cDNA AB007193, RAP3 Os01t0100100-01) or array element IDs (e.g., Os.1000.1.S1_at, A_71_P100001, Os000001_01, TR001003, TR030008) in the textbox below and press the submit button.
